This software has been tested and is provided to you “as is'''' and without warranty of any type. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

The software has been tested on our systems, but if it proves to be defective within your particular environment you will be fully liable for any consequences. Third Creation Limited will not be liable to you or any other third parties for consequential damage of any kind in relation to the use of this software. You download and install this software entirely at your own risk.

Third Creation Limited provides no guarantees in relation to functionality, performance or consequences to your particular computer system in relation to this product. We hope that you do not encounter any problems with the software and welcome your feedback via email (darren@my-life-coach.co.uk ).

Life Aligner Pro can be installed on up to five PCs that are owned by the User. This license is not transferable between Users.

You can surrender your License Key and uninstall Life Aligner within seven days and receive a full refund minus the small PayPal transaction fees, which were 4% at the time of writing this license (December 2009).

You must not make any copies of Life Aligner Pro. You must not distribute the application files or activation keys.

You must not reproduce any branding, images or other media associated with this product.

You must not make any modifications to the program including reverse-engineering.

Failure to comply with these terms and conditions will mean immediate termination of this license.
